EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At XOLuxe, we want you to be happy about your purchase. We understand that sometimes you change your mind or purchase the wrong product. We also understand that you didn’t get a chance to see the product in-person, and products don’t always look quite like the photo (we’ve all been there). Or, maybe you love it but need a different size or color? No problem, online purchases are backed by a full refund/exchange within 21 days of the purchase date.
Returns or Exchanges Step-by-Step:
- Contact us at info@XOLuxe.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Our returns and exchanges are done by way of an RMA (Return Authorization Number).
- Once we receive your email, we’ll send you an RMA number along with simple instructions for returning your item(s).
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase.
- Items and packaging must be in the original condition and accompanied by the receipt.
- Once we receive items, they go through an inspection by our quality control team.
- We must ensure that items are indeed in the original condition. Items that do not meet this criterion can’t be accepted.
- If the item has an imperfection – please provide an image with your initial email.
- Please note that as the purchaser you are responsible for return shipping charges and assume responsibility for the item’s safe arrival.
- Your purchase refund (less any shipping charges) will be applied to the payment method with which you made the online purchase.
