We do our very best to ensure every item shipped out is of the highest quality to surpass our customers needs.

Defective Items

If an item is received defective, please contact us at info@xoluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please attach a picture of the item(s) showing the defect along with a picture of the tag(s). We will respond with instructions as to the best way to return your item. 

Incorrect Item Received

If the item you receive is not the item that was ordered, please contact us at info@xoluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please attach a picture of the item(s) along with a picture of the tag(s) still attached to the item. We will respond with instructions as to the best way to return your item. 

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not happy with your item(s) or have questions about your item(s), please contact us info@xoluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will respond with instructions as to the best way to return / exchange your item.

Due to the nature of our products, we must ensure the following conditions are met before items can be returned

  • The item(s) must have their original tags and be in the original packaging
  • The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed
  • XOLuxe will not be responsible for return shipping fee's
  • The item(s) must not be scented with perfumes or sprays
  • For hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return: bras, panties, teddies, garters and any lingerie sets that include a panty.

 All items being sent for return or exchange will receive an RMA number from XOLuxe by way of email.
